Information for Graduates

Graduation rehearsal is Wednesday, May 24, 2023. We will start at 9:00 AM in the high school gym. Attendance is mandatory, which includes Four County and CBI seniors. Failure to attend the rehearsal may exclude a student from taking part in the graduation ceremony. Seniors must report to the 6-12 gym for attendance and final directions. Caps and gowns will be distributed during the rehearsal. Following the rehearsal at 11:15 AM will be our annual Senior Clap-Out. Here is a link to the article about the clap out Senior Clap-out invitation. There will be a cookout starting at 11:30. Students are not required to participate in the cookout. The cookout is free to seniors and is their last chance to have school cookies.

Seniors with a balance in their lunch accounts can have that money transferred to the lunch account of a younger sibling. If there is no sibling and the balance is more than $5.00, a check will be mailed home. If the balance is less than $5.00, the student will receive a cash refund on May 24th. To receive this cash refund, students will need to visit the high school cafeteria before the graduation rehearsal.

Graduation is Sunday, May 28th, at 2:00PM at the high school gym. Graduates must report to the 6th grade area by 12:45PM with cap and gown. They are asked to park in the student parking lot and enter through the Arts entrance of the building. Students will also be posing for a formal graduation picture prior to the ceremony.

Students are expected to be dressed appropriately for the occasion. Appropriate dress would be a collared shirt, dress pants, and dress shoes for the gentlemen. For the ladies appropriate dress would be flat-soled shoes, a collared shirt, dresses, dress pants, dress skirts, and dress blouse. Students are asked to not wear tennis shoes, jeans, t-shirts, flip-flops, or shoes with a spiked heel. Students may not decorate their graduation cap.
